Explain the problem clearly
Describe what you tried, the error message, and when it happened. Mention your device or browser if it matters. Keep passwords and verification codes out of the message.
Keep account details private
Do not post identity documents, bank details, or full payment records in a public group. Use the support channel linked from your account for private account questions.
Telegram is a separate community
The Telegram button opens the community link. A group member is not automatically an account-support agent. Never give anyone your password or one-time code.
